With a built-in absorbent pad that is bonded together with a waterproof backing, our washable adult cotton underwear provides the wearer with the confidence, security and comfort of wearing real underwear.
Pants: 95% cotton, 5% elastane.
Pad: 100% polyester
Waterproof layer: Polyurethane Laminated Fabric

Purchased 4 of these for my elderly grandmother, she has dementia and is no longer able to understand the need for disposable incontinence pads or products. The underwear are more natural and comfortable for her, she leaves them on and is staying much dryer. We purchased 8 more!!! Great product, price, and service!
The resthome is promoting them to other families who have loved ones in similar situations. I can't find any other product with this absorbency on the market- you've got a winner here!!!

I have looked around for more than a year since D-Brief underwear went off the market, tried at least 4 or 5 other kinds without success, was absolutely delighted when I found thixs underwear that suited me fine, easy to wear and easy to wash. Thank you Ruth

I have had 2 pairs first pair too big but 2nd pair good fit, think they are going to be great but just making sure before I get more, that is why I just gave it a 4. They are a good price compared to any others I have.
