With a built-in absorbent pad that is bonded together with a waterproof backing, our washable adult cotton underwear provides the wearer with the confidence, security and comfort of wearing real underwear.
Pants: 95% cotton, 5% elastane.
Pad: 100% polyester
Waterproof layer: Polyurethane Laminated Fabric

Great cotton product but not very absorbent . I was looking for absorbency of a pull up .
BBrollySheets47 minutes agoHi Belinda, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, cloth will never be as absorbent as a disposable pull up – those crystals hold a lot and we are limited to how bulky we can make the underwear.

Purchased 4 of these for my elderly grandmother, she has dementia and is no longer able to understand the need for disposable incontinence pads or products. The underwear are more natural and comfortable for her, she leaves them on and is staying much dryer. We purchased 8 more!!! Great product, price, and service!
The resthome is promoting them to other families who have loved ones in similar situations. I can't find any other product with this absorbency on the market- you've got a winner here!!!
